Refund policy
We cannot exchange or refund due to the nature of the sale. However, if there is a problem with the product we sent you, or if you send us a different product than what you ordered, we can exchange or refund!!!
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact kcelebrity@naver.com Once the return or exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package along with a return shipping label. Items returned to us without requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please confirm your order upon receipt, and if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and rectify it.
* Exchanges and refunds are only possible on the day of receipt. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is an incorrect delivery or product.
* If you would like a refund, please send us a photo of the product and the reason you want the refund. send me first. We hope to protect your money.
(ex- Slight seams, slight discoloration, and color differences between the photos and the product are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.)
